2nd extruder do not print

When I’m in the software indicates that I want to extruder 2 printer and I put the Gcode on an SD card then print it with extruder 1, very strange !!! Even if I try to set extruder 1 in the software he takes extruder 1.

To print with extruder 2 only you have to chose EXTR 2 for the object and Vertex Single head in the Slicer tab.
