Hi
I am a little confused on the role of the output wiring for the K2636 speed controller kit and could use a little help. I assume the 240v ac mains input is connected to Mains, and the motor output is connected to Load. What is the purpose of VAC and what do I connect it to?

VAC is the power supply for the load. But see the remarks in the manual.
Mains is the power supply for the K2636 and it uses the phase to time things

Yes, understand now. So, if you are expecting to power the load/motor from the 240V mains input you bridge the VAC and Mains together. Got the board all working and tested
