is it possible to remove the diodes and use DC for power supply from battery? Could it be a problem when the voltage has a range from 38-42 V +/- ?
Please note that the amp requires a symmetric power supply.
Also, make sure input voltage stays below 42VDC.

I’d also make sure the power supply can comfortably deliver the current the amplifier needs. A lot of stability and distortion issues end up being caused by an undersized supply rather than the amp itself. It’s worth checking before chasing other problems.
