Hi, I’m new to electronics. I’d like to build a small weatherstation. Just conversed an old skateboard into a working anemometer with the use of a bike computer.Build and instalation took me say 45min.So gues i’m not two lefthanded.
A few restrictions though.
Sensors are on the roof so wireless is a must.
Each sensor has to have it’s own display on the base station.
This is the first stage.
Second stage, i’d like to store this data for later use.
Third stage: the stored data and the actual data should be transferred to my pc.
My concern is i’d like to start from scratch, but do not like to realize in the future that a started of in the wrong direction.
So for temp. readings i start with the K8067( i guess this is a analog signal?Right). Windspeed i can do with a hall sensor or magnetic switch (HAA26?). Wind direction maybe with a 360° potmeter(POTDI?)
With what do i transmit and receive those signals? Etc etc
Anyone??
Thanks.
Willing to learn!!!
