it is possible that you already have the “V2” firmware installed (it’s default on most controller boards by now).
Do you see anything on the display yet? Perhaps an adjustment of the contrast (poti on the LCD board) may be necessary.
Another short test whether it’s “V1” or “V2” (both show up as Marlin v1 in the log): starting at Z home, send G1 Z10 F300
G1 Z20 F450and observe the movement. If there is a notable difference in the speed, you have the “V1” firmware, if it’s the same for both parts, it’s “V2” (which has F300 as Z max feedrate).
