Universal temperature sensor

I´m interested in the universal temperature sensor.K8067
But I need some informations about the accurancy of the sensor.
In my experiences the supply voltage is 12VDC.
The voltage is not stabil: 11,9V up to 12,1V.
Does the periodic voltage affect on the output voltage?
What is the response time of the sensor?

Voltage change does not affect readout (current loop circuit with LM385 reference).
Response time and accurancy: check datasheet of LM335Z sensor.
