Successive layers printed 13mm downwards

Hi,
I’ve just got our K8200 3D printer up and running for the first time, and the first project is to print the cover for the circuitboard. I’m encountering a problem in that after the first layer goes down, the second layer is laid on top of the first, but shifted 13.2 mm down in the y-direction. The 3rd layer began shifted another 13.2 mm down in the y-direction.

See: dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/177 … _Cover.jpg.

Any clue to what’s happening here? I don’t see any shifting/translating problem during the print of the layer, only when we go to the next layer. I am using Marlin V1, Sprinter/grbl mashup for gen6 firmware, the custom Repetier software from Velleman (k8200.eu/downloads/files/dow … _0_95f.zip), and the new settings K8200-PLA-STANDARD_NEW.INI. (I’m thinking that this might be a software issue instead of a hardware issue???).

Thanks in advance. This has been interesting to put together and I was amazed at how extensive the instructions were (there were a bunch of mistakes, but still it was pretty impressive).

Also–what do K8201, K8202, and K8203 mean? Are these different models of the printer? I only saw the K8200 for sale.

Hello,
did you change main board drivers voltage to 0.55V for the axis ?

K8201 is a standalone controler
K8202 is a light ring with led
K8203 is another extruder
K8204 is a trapezoidal rod
