My son just got the kit MK120 from Boy Scouts.
He needs to make it work to recieve a merit badge.
He put it all together correctly and it doesn’t work right.
It alarms as soon as you put the switch on.
How can I reach support to get another kit?
If you can’t fix the problem, you can always send the kit to us for inspection/repair.
Or make some photographs and post them online so someone can verify with the naked eye if something looks wrong
