When i dimm between 10%-90% the dimmer make a noise, like brrrrrrrrrr! Like 50Hz noise. Is this sound ok, every kit makes this noise!
If the dc voltage is 0V, the Lamp is a little bit on and not complety off. how can i fix this. it can’t be right that the lamp is on if the dc voltage is 0V!!! I have this with every kit and i have checked this with a normaly lamp (100W) and with a halogen lamp with wired transformator.

–> This is normal, the noise comming from the coil.

Is the lamp off when you disconnect your control voltage ?
–> Try first to disconnect the input signal, calibrate the dimmer so the lamp is completely off.
Make sure that the load is at least 40-60W.
the Lamp is a little bit on although i disconnect completely the control voltage!!!
I can’t turn off the lamp with the calibrating option, although i disconnect complety the control voltage!
I have this problem with all four dimmer! The load is bigger than 60W!

OK i have measured the outgoing voltage from the lamp output of the dimmer. the voltage is ~60V AC. this is the voltage of every dimmer without control voltage! With 60V it is logical that the lamp was lighting a little bit, but why gives the dimmer this voltage out???
If the load is not correct, you can always measure such voltage due to the snubber circuit.
Please can you send me some pictures of your board (ON) and the load (lamp)

You have mounted a wrong capacitor for C12 !
This must be an 100nF X2 capacitor (blue or yellow) and you have mounted the 1µF capacitor (for the power section in the USA 110V)
