Problem with programmer 8076

I have used the programmer 8076 for about one year now without any problems.
Now I always get the message “There is no Velleman programmer connected to the PC”.

Does anyone know why I always get this message ?

Maybe T2 or IC2 is damaged by a short circuit. Please replace these 2 parts.
