Problem updating vertex k8400 firmware for 1 print head

Hi,

I just bought the Vertex K-8400 3D printer. But I got a small problem. I can’t upload the Marlin for 1 head nozzle to the printer. I gwet the problem with ‘avrdude: stk500v2_getsync(): timeout communicating with programmer’. * I already put the programming jumper on.

So what do I miss? Or what did I wrong?

I have done:
1 Put a jumper,
2 Older version of the firmwire
3 Updating the COM cable.

Did you make sure you selected the correct com port?
The correct card?
Are you using Arduino software 1.0.6 or below?

Also when flashing the firmware make sure the printer is not plugged into the power.
The USB port will provide the power to the MB to flash it.
