Print not sticking to heatbed

I’m new to this forum and build a K8200 last month.
Everything worked fine from the beginning but I keep having one problem, the prints are not sticking to the heatbed. I played with different heatbed temperatures and noticed that a hotter heatbed slightly improves, but the hottest I get is around 56-57 degrees after 15 minutes.
Also played with various temperatures for the PLA, varying between 190-210, but little differene.
Any suggestions from the experts on this forum please

Check the calibration of the Z axis it maybe to far from the bed.
The first layer should be kind of squished on the bed.
You can also put a lite coating of cheap hair spray on it.

Thanks a lot Wrong_way, this helped.

I still have an issue with printing an object with a large bottom plate (150x150 mm), one/two of the corners still come loose and the flat bottom deforms 1-2 mm. Any suggestions for this as well

If I may ask another question: what is the best procedure to change filament. At the moment I just cut just above the feeder and then manually empty the extruder, while feeding the new color in. I was wondering whether this is the proper way to change filament.

Thanks in advance, Wim

I should have also mentioned that you do not want any wind blowing on the bed.
You may need to raise that corner of the bed a little.

If the procedure that you are using works for you that’s great.
When I change mine or remove the filament because I will not be printing for awhile.
For PLA heat the hot end to 190C I will turn the large gear about 4 or 5 times then loosen the retention screw (the one that puts pressure on the spring) then pull the filament out.
If if gets hung up then push it back in and retry it.
