On the pc i often get flicker that i don’t see on the device screen, is this a known issue?

Might be a bug in the PC software, I’d have to do some debugging. You’re the first to report this problem…
If it’s to any help my PC’s resolution is a bit odd. 1024x576
Anything new about this?
