I encountered strange problem.
On my HP Compaq nc6320, Win XP 32bit, and latest version of PCLab 4.04 when I start PCLab2000 it starts normaly and it detects my PCSU1000. But, when I hit OK button (or DEMO) than it starts very briefly (part of second) and than program disapiers. But it stays in task-bar. On screen are all other programs running normaly but PCLab2000 can not be seen.
It is present in windows task manager. When I press “switch to” in task manager, it shows just upper bar with written PClab2000.
Previously I used this software on same computer without such problems.
I also have tone generator from velleman.
You may try Windows XP system restore to restore your settings to the time before the problem occurred.
Before doing that, you can also try removing and re-installing the PcLab2000SE.

I think it is problem with dual screen setting on my laptop.
When I come this morning in the office and connect external screen to computer it is working again.
i will play a litle bit and post result here for future reference.

It is vorking up to now normaly, on single screen and on two screens.
I can not post any conclusion due I can not recreate fault anymore.
Maybe dual screen seting was a problem, who knows!?
This windows OS is misteryous thing, everybody knows it.
From your description it sounds like you putting the interface for PCLAB2000SE on the second screen.
When you disconnect the screen and bring it up the interface is still going to the second sceen (even though it’s not there)
You may try going to the task bar and “right click” on PCLAB2000SE then “left click” on “Move” now you can use your arrow keys to move it to the primary screen.
