Hello,
I just got my new PCSGU250 scope. I installed the PC-Lab 2000 software on my Windows XP-Computer and got the fault message “Failed to start the application 5”. The software is not installed so far.
Any ideas how I can solve the problem?

Does this error message appear when you try to run the setup.exe from the installation CD ?
If yes, then the CD may be defective.
Please download the latest software (v1.08) and the drivers from this page: velleman.eu/distributor/supp … U250&type=
I installed the software from the CD on an other PC and it works. It must be something with the computer or the WinXP…
