I’m running windows 7 home premium, and I installed the driver and the software for the oscope. The program recognizes the oscope but when i go to calabrate it for the first time use, it gets to 20% and freezes. Now I have uninstalled the driver and the software and reinstalled it and it still didn’t work. So I reformated my hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 home premium and still nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

If your oscilloscope is PCSGU250, then please download and install the updated software version 1.09.

The new driver is version 1.0.0.2.
I probably should have includes that info. Yes its a PCSGU250. I did the up date and it calibrated.
