I need your assistance over one of your product I am planning to use in my research project.
I need more information about Velleman MK160 Remote Control via GSM Mobile Phone.
I am working on a project involving setting up a remote controlled Car Immobilizer specially for cars older than 1998
or cars which do not have an anti-theft system. This system has lot of benefits in a sense when the car is stolen or if the user is a victim of
being Carjacked. the only think needs to be done is to dial the number of the car which will cut the fuel pump and put the car off.
To add more security feature is to connect the system to a Vehicle SPeed Sensor which will send a signal in case the car is no more moving, the sensor will notify no activity of the car when it is at break. that is where the car engine will go off and a hazard light will be activated.
I will be using a micro controller of a type AVR micro-controller (ATtiny2313) I will be grateful if you can offer some direction about it or any alternative micro-controller you might be aware of or have in your possession. My issue is about how to trigger the relay to switch the fuel pump off when the Vehiche Speed Sensor notify a no-motion to the circuit. I don’t know much how will this done but I will be grateful if you can please assist.
Even though I do not have all the parts in place, I will be grateful if you can please offer the necessary suggestion to make this experience more successful to a user interested in undertaking it.
