Multifunctional dimmer K8028 vm101

Hello,

I have a K8028 and a VM 101, both the same design dimmers. But I want to use these dimmers as a slow ON, slow OFF dimmer. When I close the switch, the dimmer must go UP, when I open the switch, the dimmer must go down. This doesn’t work with both dimmers.This is function 5. Function 4 is not working also. With both dimmers. When I look at the manual, function 5 and function 9 have the same LEDs on (LD1-LD4). This looks like a programming error.
Can you give me a short description of what I have to do to get a slow ON/slow OFF dimmer? I really tried everything. :blush:

  1. There is no programming problem so far, you can download the latest KIT manual via this link to be sure
    of the flashing LED positions.

  2. for your function, select function 5.
    for testing you can select function 2, this is a normal push button dimmer.

This explains all. The kits you sell on the Belgian market are delivered with a faulty manual. Function 4 and 5 are changed in the online manual, so my problem will be solved. But other buyers should be warned that they have to use the online manual also.
