Suppose I set the relay to operate for 1 hour by making 2 calls, can I then send another single call to turn off the relay after say, 25 minutes? In other words can I cancel the relay being ON for 1 hour at any time during the hour?

We’re afraid this is not possible, you will have to wait until it times out.
