Dear Sir,
I followed the description to dim the clock display. After switching during 5-6 times the clock stopped and displayed a staedy 8. I suppose that the chip is ‘dead’. I messured the supply voltages and they are oke and can’t find short circuits. Is it possible to buy a new -programmed- one?

Probably, you’ve damaged the controller while you were performing the modification (e.g. it received 9V instead of 5V). Please return your controller to the address that you can find in the manual.
