please help…weird issue,the wheel will only spin if i hold the switch down…if i let off the switch it stops spining and 2 leds will light…i been over this a thousand times and cant find anything wrong…can i have a bad part??..tks to all for the help!!!//
Most likely an assembly problem.
If you can provide LINKS to HI-RES and SHARP pictures of both solder and component side of your assembly, then we can take a look.
