Hi I wonder if anyone could help me with what the specification for the LEDs used in the dual flashing LED kit? I am using it in part of a college engineering project where I am combining it with a mudguard I have made to make a mudguard with light (just a prototype!) and part of EU law is that rear light must be at 4 candelas or more flashing at least once per second. It is no problem if it doesnt meet this criteria as I can evaluate this and say it doesnt meet my design spec.

The leds are 4000mcd at 20mA.
