Mk147 set at 50Hz (fixed?)

Hi guys,
I was wondering how you can measure and set the mk147 kit at exactly 50 Hz. I would like to put it fixed at that frequency.
Is there somebody who can tell me?

Due to the simple and low cost nature of this kit, it will be very difficult if not impossible to set it at exactly 50Hz.
Even if you would be able to set it to exactly 50Hz, it will deviate due to tolerances, temperature differences, humidity, battery drop etc…

A better way of getting a 50Hz strobo is simply by using an AC adaptor and feeding AC to an led (with series resistor of course).
