MK139 problem, clap led is on but nothing works

Hello

I hope you can help me with MK139, the clap led is always on. Relay or other led does not work on ‘clap’. Swiches does not affect this.
I double checked all but seems fine. Please see

I checked both VR’s - fine. Pin 12 on IC1 changes voltage with sound - seems OK.
Connecting pin 7 of IC2 to 5V switches relay and led 2 on- seems OK too.

Check voltage at pin 13, should be around 5.3V
If not check assembly.
If OK, problem is probably related to amp/active rectifier section.

I did was OK. Then it turned out that the power supply did not really reach 12V, but just 9. So I switched over to 12V and … it works. Perfectly!
