Hi everyone.
I have MK119 kit (roulette) which works fine but I need it to be modified to simulate the Sun movement for my project. That is to make it switching from LED to LED with a given time interval (38,92 minutes in case of the Sun to make a whole circle of 37 LEDs in 24 hours). In case I shortcut a Start button it goes (LED switching) too fast. How to slow it down? I can use a quartz clock as an external time generator if there is a need for it.

Speed is determined by internal RC and cannot be changed.
Even by reprogramming PIC16C505?
Only if you can make your own new program, in a 16F505 PIC.
A C505 PIC is an ‘One Time Programmable’ device.
Would it be possible to use F505 with the same wiring? I mean MK119. Is it too hard to write a new program? Any special skills? I can create my own project using another chips but MK119 already has design which is easy to use in my project.
