hi,

is it possible to command the kit with an arduino ?
i order arduino with a rf remote and i would like to command buttons (volume and play) with it

Yes you can solder it with the outputs.
But may i suggest a solution made for the arduino the KA02

i suppose the kit can be command because there is an emplacement “K2, external control”
what kind of device can i install here to command the kit ?

Just wire up the the kit to the arduino but remember a 0 ie connection to GND will activate an action.
