where can I get a new ic of the led cube 5 * 5 * 5 ?

I have a solderstation and solder from Velleman and i thought that was good enough for make that ic on the print

I only spent hours working just on that ic and now its broken. all the other parts was in 1 hour fixed

I pay 80 euros and i dont throw it a way for just only the missing ic now
