I’ve just finished assembling the botball robot and except for sound and lights, it does not work. The batteries are fine, it was assembled correctly.
I would welcome any advice before sending it back.
I have tested all the batteries, polarities, and connections and have found that the signal coming from the remote control is not strong enough. The signal is enough to set the channel and to trigger the shooting sound but that’s it.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don’t understand. This is a Velleman product - KSR9 Botball. Who should I be asking about this if not Velleman?
