K8201 upgrade

Hi All
I have a problem with the 8201 upgrade if i load the v2 firmware the y axis does not move if i return to the v1 firmware the y axis is ok again.
Anybody got any ideas

Did you use Arduino Version 1.0.6 to flash the firmware? (NOT 1.6.0)
Other Versions do not work,

thanks foor that. Rolled back to 1.0.6 and reprogrammed all ok now
