I have two questions about this kit.
The first one is that the twitter app don’t work. He gives the message that there is a problem with the internet connection. When I click at ok the follow message I get to see: and
I haven’t any problem with my internet connection.
The second question is how can I make my own things for this message board.
I can’t program with c# of VB.net .
The thing I would to program is p2000 for the firefighters, police and ambulance. And that when there is a new report the buzzer is activated for 5 seconds, the display lights up for 15 seconds an that the message is on the message board.
Are you connected to the internet via a proxy server? What version of the windows OS do you have installed? Do you know what version of the .NET framework you have installed?
In regards to your second question, the only way to make a program for the K8101 is to use the supplied .dll file in Visual Studio. Do you have any other coding background?

The version of the windows OS wich I have installed is Windows 7 Ultimate SP1.
The version of the .NET framework which I have installed is ‘version 4.5’
I haven’t any coding background. Is it easy to learn?
Your computer meets the requirements to use the kit. Did you test any of the other supplied programs? Do they also give an error or is it only the twitterfeed application?
VB is rather easy to learn. Also with the supplied .dll file the hardest part has been taken care of. You will not have to write any code to communicate with the kit. You just supply the data that needs to be displayed. You can test all of the functions you will have access to with the supplied test program.
