K8097 problem after connect power

Hello,

i have a problem with the K8097. When i plug only USB to the Computer, the Software can connect and it is all fine. After i connect the Powersupply 24V to the K8097 Board, the USB Connection lost. I have check all elements but i dont can find the problem. Can you help me
