I have strange voltage on j10 pin 2. There is 9,6 v and lcd display half ok and another half is black boxes. I have changed the regulator and also both pic’s. Nothing change.
The voltage on j10 pin 2 is 3,6 volts without regulator and 10,6 volts without pic’s. Now I can’t find what could be the problem?

Please make sure the LCD flat cable is properly fitted to the socket.
Flat cable is surely right way. Voltages on VR2 pin 2 is ok, 3,3 v but VR1 pin 3 is 8,62 volts. Propably I must chekout all the resistor once more.
