K8072 - DMX controlled relay - problem address DMX

I recently bought a kit K8072.

I have a problem with one of the DIP switches for setting the DMX address. Indeed, if I position the sixth ON (corresponding to the address 32), the LED “Error” appears and the circuit does not respond. Looking more with oscilloscope, the signal driving the LED “Error” is 0 one second of two, and has a rectangular signal of frequency 20 kHz and duty cycle 1 / 10 the rest of the time.

The other DIP switches are working properly.

Do you know this?

This problem has never been brought to our attention.
We will look into this and post an update asap.

I have the same issue. Addresses 31 - 62 do not work when power is connect after the DMX signal. The red error led is permanently on.
