K8064 question

hello

New user so am unsure if I’m in the right bit of the forum.

I have just put together a K8064 kit, and when I plug it in I get the red led flashing four times, then going off. The light that I have attatched to it works, but the green led never goes on. Can someone point me in the right direction as to what I might be doing wrong?

check every contact, look in the manual, it will have a code to the number of LED flashes and what it indicates.

Looks also to me as an assembly problem.
Attention, every part is on high voltage !!!
Check every component and solderjoint twice before plug-in the power.
