K8060 problem

Hi,

I already built several K8060, but with my latest I have a problem that can’t solve. So I’m at the phase that need to adjust the bias, but when I turn the power on, the R19 readings go over the scale (multimeter set to 200 mV), even the R19 and R20 go incandescent ( can see thru the resistor that wire goes on fire). Rechecked all components placing and soldering, and everythign is in its place.

Please help!

Most likely assembly or power supply error.
