K8055 : USB Device Not recognized

Hello,

I have a problem with a K8055 card.
When I plug the card in my computer, the following message appears : USB Device not recognized.
If I try to launch USB View, I have an entry with : “DeviceFailedEnumeration : Unknow USB Device” :

Does the LED LD8 blink twice and then stay on?

May be assembly fault too.
