I get +4.75v from the analog output. From reading the forum this is correct. Can it tweak it up to 5v? Or can I add somthing on the output to get it to 5v?
Using a self powered USB HUB you may get slightly higher voltage out.

Even better if you can get an adjustable power supply. You may set the supply voltage of the HUB to maximum allowable value of 5.25V.
If you need only +5V out you may add a pull-up resistor from the analog output to the +5V.
Adding this resistor causes increase to the low level of the analog output.
