K8047 logger /recorder LED indicators are not working

Dear members

I have been using K8047 data logger /recorder for my project. I happened to keep the logger in idle condition for some time.When i tried to acquire data recently the logger USB power LED and the other Re4corder LED are not working.Please offer me a solution

The power LED should lit immediately the USB cable is connected.
Please check the +5V on the K8047 board.
