K8044 only blinking (urgent)

hi

a few months ago i bought a K8044 kit for my project
i soldered it all together just like the manual said
when i turned on the power (stable pc psu) the power led will turn on
but all the channels wil only go on and off, with the pot i can adjust the speed but thats all.
i saw in an earlier topic that it can be a jumper problem (to select channels)
to make shure that this was not my problem a soldered the connection on the bottem side of the print
but it still wil only go on and off (also power on all the outputs when switched on)
i take the print to an elec. expert to check for any problems but he can’t find any
so i went back to store and even there they cant find a problem
the only thing i could think about was a failing PIC, so i ordered a new one.
at my home a instaled the new pic but again the same problem
a few weeks later a friend of mine bought the same kit en soldered it all together, but has the same problem
can somebody tell me what’s the problem
if nessesary i will upload some pictures this evening an post a youtube video to show you

Hi,

I’m not sure but it looks like you mounted 10 jumpers
You should only mount 1 jumper.
If you are only going to use 6 channels then mount 1 jumper 6 CH
If you are going to use all 10 channels mount 1 jumper at 10 CH and leave the rest open.
