K8031 calibration problem

I’m new. I have problem with «test and ajustment» with the K8031.

Everything is OK, except when trying to adjust RV2 to get 2.5Vrms. I can only get 2.11 MAX !!

RV2 fully counter clockwise give me around 2.0 and fully clockwise give 2.11. I cannot reach 2.5 as mentionned.

Any idea ???

All others ajustment are OK.

It seems that you have mixed RV1 with RV2. Please swap those trimmers and everything should be OK.
