K8028 - on 12V?

Hello,

I’m looking for a slow on/off dimer, preferable with timer function to automatically switch it on/off at set times. (for aquarium lighting)

The K8028 allows for soft on/off dimmer function through a make contact, so bassically I could use an external timer to control a relais, the simulate the make/break contact required for this function.

However, I am planning to you LED lightning tubes running on 12V

Can the K8028 operate on 12V? What modifications does it need? I Assume the electronic compontents (microcontroller etc) is running on low voltage anyway, and the 220V input is only needed to allow a 220V output, but if I only need a 12V output, I could probably make some adjustments?

Thank you

K8028 is an AC dimmer. You need a DC device.
Our LED dimmer VMB1LED can do the job, however it needs a pulse to start dimming up and a pulse to start dimming down. A switch will not work.
