I have a problem with my K8020 Pre Amp. The Transformer is broken ( 230V in OK / 12V OK /18V± OK but the 220V out is Open). All works fine but ther is NO Highe Voltage.
I neet a replace Transfomer for, how can i get it ?

The answer is easy: contact your dealer, or wait here until someone of the Velleman staff picks this up.

Since the K8020 has been obsolete for a while, we reserve spare parts exclusively for K8020 owners.
Therefore, please return the assumed defective transformer for inspection/exchange.
