K7105 - Velleman Handheld LCD Oscilloscope

Has anyone built or have knowledge of the above kit?

Can it carry-out audio power calculation (rms and peak) in 2, 4, 8, 16 & 32 ohm the same as the HPS40/10?
See result below 13.87W in 4 ohms

This feature was not implemented in this kit.
PPS10, HPS10, HPS10SE, HPS40 and HPS50 feature this option.

Are there any future plans to include it in this kit, or further kit?

I want to build one rather than buy from the other range, but I wanted the audio power calculation part included.

No. The K7105 is obsolete, so software is no longer developed/updated/supported.

We still have a limited number of LCD screens for repair purposes.
As they are reserved exclusively for customers who own a K7105 and wish to purchase a replacement for a defective LCD, you will need to return either the complete scope or the defective LCD.
This is a limited offer, while supplies last.

Hi VEL,

Excellent news. So what do I need to do? Will removing the LCD and sending it back to the Repair Dept be ok? Don’t think I want to ship the whole unit back.

Also what charges will there be for the LCD?
