I want to drive a K2634 from a ULN2803 on a custom logic board. Can I use a single K1823 to power both the K2634 and the logic board without interference?

NO, this is not possible.
K2634 is connected to the mains, so power supply must be isolated !
So I need to use two K1823s and two transformers to provide the required isolation? I now see that one side of the K2634’s low voltage is connect to main.
You need two transformers.
K2634 does not need K1823, unregulated DC is fine…
