I have 4 12V trigger outputs from a 4 zone multi room audio controller.

eg, If Zone 1 is switched on (via remote control) then 12 volts is available at the Zone 1 trigger output (same thing applies to Zones 2, 3 & 4)

Problem to be solved: Using 12V as a trigger, can I provide 24V at the relay outputs?

Yes, if you have a power supply of 24 volts for powering the outputs of the relays. That is the basic principle of using a relay: keeping the switched power completely separated from the steering logic.
