I bought the digital tachometer K2625 and I use it on a pre-war car with a magneto ignition.
The tachometer works but there are big fluctuations.
For example if the 4 cylinder engine turns at +/- 750rpm the tachometer indicates from 04 till 09!!
It was also not easy to calibrate the tachometer with the transformer (50Hz), the fluctuation is between 14 and 15 or between 15 and 16, it is very difficult to keep him on exactly 15.
What can I do to resolve this problem?
