K1803 as Phono pre.... poor frequency response!

Hi All,
Just completed a pair of K1803 pre-amps and installed them as a phono input to my 200W power amps (K8060). The source I’m using is a Rega Planer 3 (P3).
Here’s the problem: the frequency response is very poor, there is very little bass, or rather the bass is attenuated.

Can anyone suggest a fix?
Can a change of resistor or capacitor value help alter the contour or tone of the signal?

This is normal, the K1803 is a line pre-amp, not a phono pre-amp.
Phono pre-amps have special correction circuits (RIAA correction) to ensure correct frequency response.
