HPS40 DC Offset / Calibration Problem

Hello
I have an HPS40 hand-held Scope which I have used for making line level voltage measurements in a broadcast studio environment.

An anomaly has occurred where there is a DC offset visible on the screen of the scope, even with no measurement being made. The offset remains visible when the probe is grounded. I have tried to reset the Y calibration to no avail. (the unit begins Y Cal and resets after about 40s to the splash screen and previous calibration) the Offset is present in DC and AC coupling modes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Much

This behaviour is usually caused by an overvoltage at the input, which has damaged one or more parts of the input circuit.
We suggest to return your unit for inspection/repair.
