hi
i can program and use the pic fine on the development board 8045. but when i try and move away from the 8045 board the it wont work. the program must be ok because it works on the 8045 board. i think it must be the way im setting it up with the ossilator? i am using pic in practice by D W smith. it says use 32khz crystal across pins 15 & 16 and tie these to ground through 68pf caps etc. but the 8045 board has a different crystal 4mhz and 18pf caps. do i need to copy the values on the 8045 board to make it work?
