wir (Rothstein Vitrinen GmbH, rothstein-group.de) haben 20 Stck VM 130 Fernbedienungen gekauft. Wir betreiben diese an Hubmotoren für Vitrinen. Unser Lieferant hat Betriebsferien und kann uns daher nicht helfen. 5 funktionieren einwandfrei. Die anderen 15 Stück haben aussetzer; das heißt, sie fahren nicht an einem Stück hoch bzw runter (mit dem paralel aufgelegten Schlüsselschalter fahren alle einwandfrei hoch u. runter, daher kann es nur an den Fernbedienungsmodulen liegen). Alle Vitrinen sind gleich aufgebaut. Antenne ist sichtbar angebracht. Alle Vitrinen stehen in einem Raum. Jede Fernbedienung ist auf eine Vitrine programmiert worden. Was können wir noch tun, damit die anderen Fernbedienungen auch einwandfrei funktionieren?
